Children’s health is another common topic for most health writers and it’s the focus of this 30-day writing challenge. If you have little ones in your life, this challenge should be a breeze!

Also, this challenge is less technical than previous challenges – so, you should find it nice and relaxing. You’ll be writing about common childhood illnesses and healthy lifestyle tips for children.

The idea is to complete one challenge a day every day for 30 days. Do a few or every single one – it’s up to you! Even doing just a few of the tasks will help you exercise your writing muscles.
