Welcome to our 30-day health writing challenges! One of my goals is to help you write more. So, I’ve committed to giving you a series of daily writing challenges – and I’m extremely excited about this!

These micro health writing challenges will help you stay motivated to write a little bit, every day, about different health topics and themes. Writing every day improves your writing skills and discipline, and it’s the best way to become a better health writer.

Doing just a little bit of writing every day will add up to big results at the end of the year.

The first health writing challenge theme is The Basics, and the exercises are focused on common health topics and patient education.
